Tuxedo Rental Agreement
1. Your complete tuxedo rental includes: Coat, Dress Pants,
Dress Shirt, Bowtie or Long Necktie, Cummerbund or Vest and Set of Studs
& Links. Shoes are ordered separately at an additional cost.
2. There is an additional charge of $15.00 for sizes 52 and up. For
brand name acccessories
(i.e. vest & ties...etc.) this will be considered as an up-grade
and there will be an extra charge of $15.00 up to $25.00 depending on the
brand you choose.
3. Children's tuxes cost the same as an adults tux .
4. It is highly recommended that your reservations must be placed as
early as possible. For in-stock tuxedos, we prefer that you place your
order at least two (2) weeks prior to wear dates. Though, late reservations
are surely welcome.
5. Reservations for special order (on-line catalog order) tuxedo/s must
be placed no later than three (3) weeks prior to your event date.Otherwise,
there will be a 10% late processing fee incurred.
6. Free groom's tuxedo with a wedding party of seven (7) or more.
No exceptions.
7. Final fittings and alterations are usually scheduled two (2) days
prior to the event as well as pick-up. Returns are expected the day after
use. Hotel deliveries are two (2) days prior and pick-up is one (1) day
after event date. Saturday wear dates must be returned on Monday.
There will be a $50.00 charge per day, for each tux returned late.
8. Renter agrees that the items rented will be used in a manner for
which it was reserved for use, and will return the garments in the original
packaging it was received.
9. Renter is responsible for the return of the rented garments to the
L'amour Wedding / Bridal Salon at 222 Papalaua St. Suite# 221 Lahaina,
HI 96761; unless other arrangements are indicated prior to return. Renter
is also responsible for any repairs or replacement costs of missing and/or
damaged articles.
10. Cancellations must be made no less than two (2) weeks prior to the
event date. If cancellation is made less than two (2) weeks inclusive to
the wear date, the renter will be charged 50% the cost of the full tuxedo
rental. Cancellations made within 7 working days inclusive of the wear date
will be charged 100% of the cost for the tuxedo rental. Once order has been
placed, there will be a 20% cancellation fee if order is cancelled. Security
deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation of order(s).
11. The credit card submitted with the tuxedo order form is the credit
card that will be charged for the full tuxedo rental cost at the time reservation
is made. All internet orders will be processed within twenty four (24)
hour period.
12. The same credit card submitted with the tuxedo reservation for internet
orders will be automatically charged unless other arrangements are made.
13. Security deposit is waived for reservations made with credit card
orders.
14. There will be a $45.00 hotel delivery and pick-up charge each
way, for a wedding party with more than one location drop-offs. Otherwise,
one location drop-offs are free within west side Maui. For other Maui locations,
delivey / pick-up is free with three (3) tuxes or more orders.
15. Special orders placed within forty (48) hours prior to the event
date will be charged an additional rush order fee of $50.00 for the first
tuxedo order and $35.00 for each tuxedo after that. For in-stock
orders placed within forty (48) hours prior to the event date, will be
charged a rush fee of $25.00.
16. A state tax of 4.166% will be added to your total.
17. We reserve the right to replace any rental item similar to what
was originally ordered when item rented has been discontinued or is not
available on the date of use.
