Shipping - We ship with our preferred carrier, UPS. Orders are shipped on Monday - Friday, and usually will be shipped on the same day the order is placed. All items are packaged and shipped with the highest attention to safe delivery of your product.
After we have received and verified your payment by Credit Card or Money Order, we will instruct our warehouse to package and ship the items to you.
Returns and Exchanges -
If you need to exchange your item for a different size, you can send the item back to us in its original condition along with the receipt and instructions on what size you want and we will send the new item to you. If you want to return an item for a refund, simply ship the item back to us in its original condition along with the receipt for a refund. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns. We may charge a fee for exchanges (depending on the size needed). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All exchanges and returns must be postmarked no later than 15 days after receipt.
